I made some changes to wilderness generation. In particular, they are:
- no seasons anymore, instead the »autumn« variants of tiles (trees, grass, sand) are integrated in the standard wilderness
- lava and cave worm excrements are features of deeper dungeon levels
- rivers and lakes have smooth shores when bordering to sand, hills or grass; this is visible in console mode, too
- the border between grass and sand is smoothed, which gives a pseudo-3D-effect in SDL mode
