0.3 Today

It seems I was too optimistic concerning the release of LR 0.3 - I worked on polishing it hours and hours, but yesterday evening, between 22:30 and 23:00, I was too tired to go on. There are so many small things to optimize, and after optimizing it, there come alternate ideas in my mind which are not difficult to implement, but delay everything. For example, I decided to modify the main quest. Then I decided that it would be cool to give the player the possibility to combine certain items with wells or let the game show special reactions when the player sacrifices certain objects on altars. So I implemented this. Then I have to test this. But now, I've decided to make a definitive feature freeze. When I return from work later this day, I will test everything again - at least the main quest. Then I'll compile the windows version, test it again (there shouldn't occur any error, as FreePascal is really friendly for crossplatform development), and then I will upload the whole thing.

I've got similar issues on Kharne

I know that feeling very well. I spent last night recoding the whole inventory-handling system that I hadn't finished in the first place. Fortunately, Delphi (and I assume FreePascal) is very amenable to that sort of thing.
