Bigger Tiles in SDL-Mode in 0.3.1

For the next major update to LambdaRogue, 0.3.1, I doubled the size of graphical tiles in SDL mode. There had been some complaints about the small 10*20 size of current versions, so it will be 20*40 for next releases.I stick with this aspect ratio because otherwise I had to rewrite lots of the display code. By keeping that ratio, I just have to care that normal text and icons in menus are drawn using the smaller size and that all functions which output anything on the dungeon-area of the screen regard the bigger size.By implementing that, I also encountered some strange issues and fixed them. Now I only need to make the bigger tileset beautiful (at this moment, it is just a re-sized version of the original one which looks of course rather ugly).
